Karim Boukari spent his entire professional life in the tourism industry for British and
American groups. After having been head of sales and marketing for a Marriott division in France, and on the advice of his wife who runs a vacation rental company in Paris, he launched PSS in 2009 to meet the growing demand for logistics needs for seasonal rentals.

PSS was created with the idea of offering a comprehensive service: cleaning, linen, maintenance and check-ins with company staff.

Thanks to detailed systems and a very good understanding of customer needs, PSS is growing and today manages more than 1,200 apartments in Paris.

In 2018, Karim moved to Antibes with his family to develop the Côte d’Azur sector.

He regularly returns to Paris to manage his teams and meet with clients and partners.
