I have worked in the real estate sector and I believe that Airbnb-type rentals are going to transform the future of the sector. That is why I have created the YouTube channel youtube.com/juanjobande where I disseminate content aimed at owners and professionals in the short-term rental sector.

I believe that short-term rentals are a phenomenon that transcends tourism. We live in a society where less and less is bought and more is rented. The ways we rent things are getting more and more innovative from Spotify to Uber. Housing is not going to be an exception to this trend.
